Prior to ForFunkSake, founder members Andy & Lou were playing in a successful 60’s soul band called "The Trial of the Chicago Eight” when the idea of a 70’s disco band was spoken about.
They had worked with many different musicians and knew it was now musically possible to recreate the dance music of the 70’s & 80’s without the aid of backing tapes but it would mean to get this right they would need many committed members....
The ForFunkSake family began.
The band continues to improve the overall show all the time.
